When you request an appointment, we collect the patient’s name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, selected doctor and time, an optional guardian name, and any short booking note you provide. For service security, we also record the network address, browser family, device class, language, request time, and originating site when supplied by the browser.
How information is used
We use booking information to identify the patient, reserve the requested appointment, coordinate reception and clinical care, prevent duplicate bookings, maintain audit history, and meet clinic recordkeeping needs.
Access and sharing
Clinic staff receive only the information required for their role. Clinical reports and photographs remain protected and are released to the patient portal only when authorized by the treating doctor. We do not sell patient information.
Security and retention
The application uses access controls, protected file storage, secure sessions, request validation, reCAPTCHA when configured, and audit records. Technical request metadata is restricted to administrators and automatically aged out according to the clinic’s security retention setting. Clinical and booking information is retained according to clinic recordkeeping needs and applicable requirements.
Your choices
Contact the clinic reception team to request a correction to administrative information, ask about access, or raise a privacy concern. Email address changes require administrator verification.
