**How do I book an appointment at Carenza?**
Open the Book an appointment page, choose a doctor and an available time, and enter the patient details. The booking is confirmed when the confirmation page shows a reference. Available times follow the doctor’s live schedule and can be booked up to 30 days ahead.

**Which specialties are available?**
Carenza currently lists Dermatology, General Medicine, Paediatrics. The Doctors page shows each doctor’s qualifications and next available time.

**Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?**
Yes. Patients can cancel or reschedule from the patient portal until 4 hours before the visit. After that, contact reception.

**How do I see my prescriptions and reports?**
Sign in to the patient portal. Prescriptions, reports, invoices and follow-up dates appear there once the treating doctor or clinic has released them.

**Where is the clinic and when is it open?**
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday · 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Is my information private?**
Clinic staff see only what their role needs, clinical files stay in protected storage, and patient records are released to the portal only when authorised. See the privacy notice for details.
